Founder Vince Sheehan has been a real estate agent and broker for over 43 years since he was 18 years old in 1976. When Vince started in San Francisco, California, in real estate, he had to rely on other agents in the office to show him what to write on real estate forms. There were no sample completed contracts and forms. As a broker, Vince has mentored and taught new and veteran agents throughout his career, and had to “recreate the wheel” of forms most times his agents had never completed, did not understand or forgot how to complete. Over the past 40_ years, the numbers of transactions forms and documents have increased exponentially. Hence, Vince had the vision of DocuSample™, a simple directory of real “used” and “already completed” documents, contracts, addendums and disclosure forms that are used in real estate today.
As DocuSample™ evolves, other finished useful documents in many categories will be added, such as job applications & resumes; college admission forms, essays & financial aid processes; insurance and other claim forms; government, Medicare and other miscellaneous forms. These forms will show how others have filled them out, with all personal data blocked out for privacy reasons. Some blank forms created by Docusign may be avaialble for sale on the site, as well as internet links to other providers of blank forms.
